Car-info is public information here in Norway, so it's easy to collect. I guess it's much more complicated over in the USA, because of all the states. Take your VIN for instance, 67071. There is a Norwegian (P)85D-sequence shortly after yours: VIN Chassisnr 67076 5YJSA7H2XFFP67076 67077...
