20" Model X Slipstream Wheels on Model S

Anyone done this with coil suspension? I'm considering going this route with my S (with coils). What is the correct tire-size choice for coil suspension and Model X Slipstreams? The front should be no problem with 245/40, but what about the rear since it's staggered? Should I go for 265/40 or...

Model S 60D upgraded for free to 75?

great move by Tesla! hm, what happens if you are at let's say 95% SOC at the 16th of sept, and they downgrade the car to 60 again. Will the car display 100% and you have no amount of re-gen until range dips below the 60's-max?

is base Model S 100D worth extra 23K

Remember, the ability to skip superchargers is huge when the Model 3 arrives, since most superchargers will be swamped with model 3s++.

Here in Norway we are starting to see a new option code for batteries: BTX8. The car is listed as "both" a 85D and a 75D. Can it be a 85-battery capped at 75 kWh? Check out this car as an example, you might have to switch the location on the Tesla-pages to "Norway" to see it: Model S 75D...

Wiki Decoding Tesla Model S VINs

Car-info is public information here in Norway, so it's easy to collect. I guess it's much more complicated over in the USA, because of all the states. Take your VIN for instance, 67071. There is a Norwegian (P)85D-sequence shortly after yours: VIN Chassisnr 67076 5YJSA7H2XFFP67076 67077...

Wiki Decoding Tesla Model S VINs

I have attached a list that shows a VIN-sequence of Norwegian 70D cars. The list contains only 70D cars. As you can see, the VINs are grouped by car-type, then by color. But the 9th character in the VIN seems to be incrementing along the VIN, and then "wrapping" back around. Is this some kind...
