Thanks, mblanshard. I was just told they didn't file a police report so I supposed its a good thing. I think I should visit the service center and check out the damage to my vehicle (vs just relying on photos).

Attaching a photo of the accident. I understand cars go through depreciation but a car with no accident record one day getting this type of damage while away from you is not something I was ready for.
