    HMRC taxing EVs at max CO2 rate - check your coding notice

    Got a new tax code notice, dated 10th July which has the car with a 37% BIK rate! When I contacted them, HMRC know it is an issue. Some EVs have been reset and not marked as zero emissions and because there is no CO2 figure, their system is assuming max CO2 and applying the highest BIK rate...
