If Tesla is demanding a Buy Or Cancel by 12/16, read this.
When I reconfigure it shows July 2022 delivery, if they matched the price and I jumped on it, do I have to pay now and lose the rebate? It seems like I should be able to pay on delivery and get the rebate then. What am I missing?- mbell

I'd feel better if it [80%] was changing, but it's not. It's been a few days, I've done some highway driving to try to force-feed it, but it's holding strong on 80.- mbell

Snow-cover for charging at home?
Does the Model 3 charge port cover need to open that far? It could shield the port better from snow if it opened only to the point of horizontal.- mbell

AP3 Chip and Updates
I got 2019.16.3 last night. Build date late April, I'm assuming HW3 based upon announcements.
