For me to get the commands to work (2013 Model S) I had to hold the button down, talk, wait a few seconds, command prints out on screen, command starts functioning, release button. I'll try the push, release and command this afternoon.

I must have missed it being posted earlier but I was surprised to see that there is a charging station at the Byrd Visitor station at mile 51 of Skyline Drive. I didn't need the charger so I didn't use it but it appeared to be a J1772 and it wasn't on Plugshare. Anyone use it?

Maybe to make it easier for police to determine if a vehicle is an EV or not the state could issue EV tags. They've got tags for everything else.
