Yes, you are reading it correctly. FWIW, someone earlier in this discussion said they had a 1xxxxx VIN and had received the update but not updated the tracker.

No 90's on the tracker at this point... maybe you're looking at the wrong version?

according to firmware tracker, most of the updates are in the 05xxxx and 06xxxx VIN range. Also of note is no reported 7.1 updates for VINs after 09xxxx (cars since ~July '15 and essentially all of the P90D/90D's). Maybe going older to newer? East to West??? who knows.... anyway, I didn't win...

I was just noticing the same thing. Has anyone with a 90D or P90D received 7.1 yet?

I don't think it's the color. Mine is also a Metallic Silver 90D confirmed 4 days after yours and is already in transit. What other options did you select?

Yes, that is correct. 7 days in production. My DS has scheduled delivery for this Thursday afternoon.

Just clicked over to "Production Complete. Your Model S is in transit from the factory." Should be picking it up this week!

Getting close! Model S still "In Production" but the estimated date just changed from "November - Early December" to "November 10, 2015 - November 24, 2015"

Within the last 30 minutes my order switched from Confirmed to "In Production" Woot!

Interesting info from Consumer Reports. Tesla was below average for reliability but scored a 97 out of 100 for owner satisfaction. The next closest sedan was an Audi A7 which scored an 84 for owner satisfaction and was actual 30+ above average for reliability. So... Tesla owners are still more...

Congrats Randy - My order went to confirmed last week... right about the same time my productivity at work went way down and the frequency of refreshing my tesla order status sky rocketed! Crazy how excited about this car I am :)
