Enough is enough. I finally reported my Phantom Braking to the NHTSA. Happens almost every trip. Some are small speed reductions 5 to 15 mph but some are hard braking. Also acceleration to a set speed on Autopilot has become jerky.

Got a nice letter from AZ DOT that my MX was not insured. Went to the AZDOT website to update but the insurance company code is not listed on any of the Tesla documents. A quick call to Tesla insurance provided the code. Should be updated automatically in the future.
