The assumption I made is since tesla will produce the highly optioned cars first, in other words the expensive versions, the bigger part of the credit would go to those that can afford an expensive car anyway and would not really need the credit. Correct! As i understand the system now the credit will mostly benefit those that dont really need that tax credit in order to afford the car...- mikeberg22se

In a way the tax credits will for the most part only be for those that probably could afford a highly optioned car anyway. Shouldnt there be a maximum price of the car in order to be applicable for the credit??- mikeberg22se
