Just as a follow up, I called my sales office and they told me it looked like my car was rolling off the line this week. Should expect 3-5 days in transport time, and then expect to get 2 options for a delivery date possible next week. So, that's good news! Still can't see the VIN without...
Both posts below you got it right, please post back to see if you have one! I'm curious to see the correlation with this and delivery readiness. Also my page is currently prompting me to pay off my balance, which you can bet I'm not doing until I have a delivery date.
My VIN showed up as hidden yesterday in my account, which at least allowed me to get my loan setup. Anyone have any experience with the time it takes to go from hidden to asking for a delivery date?
Interesting you got a response other than "I have no information". I am seeing basically any build but black and standard getting VINs in the sheet, which is frustrating. If i had known that not opting for a bigger batter would get me de-prioritized, I would have considered the upgrade
Well I called last week, they told me to call again this week. I called again yesterday and still the "No VIN, I don't have any information."

Ordered mine on April 24, right after the announcement and haven't heard anything. Reading this thread motivated me to email my advisor. My impression is if the delivery slips into June, that'll hurt the tax credit.
