28.3.1 fixed the issue for me as well.

I was wrong - 28.3 did not fix the issue. I did get confirmation from my Ranger tech that engineering is aware of the issue and they are working on a fix. They didn't give a timeframe but it sounds like it is a priority for them.

I was experiencing the blinking light syndrome with my S so I contacted my local Ranger tech and he started looking into it and I then got the 28.3 update a few hours later, maybe a coincidence, maybe not. I have not experienced the blinking light issue since the update so I think that is one...

I got 28.3 update last night and it appears to have fixed this issue.

I've been texting with my Ranger tech and he is unaware but I sent him a link to this thread so he could see what is going on. He's really good at looking into these sorts of things so I should hear back in the next day or so from him.

My Model S is doing the same thing and it started after 28.2 update

I had this same thing happen last night when I got home and plugged the charger in. I will see if the same thing happens tonight.

I tested it on non divided highway yesterday and it adjusted to +8 at each speed change. I did not have Autosteer engaged, just Cruise, so that probably explains it. I'll have to test on highway tonight and see what it does. There are a couple of speed changes on my way home.

My VIN is in the 106,000+ and I got the update this morning. I will update the tracker once I install it this evening.

Thanks for the feedback. This is forum is awesome and very helpful. I did talk to a service tech and he said that the sun does periodically cause issues like this. I hope that is all it is.
