Problem solved — I bought this one for my Model 3 and have had it in for three weeks now, just resting on the rubber mat, fits and works perfectly and phone has not at any point seemed likely to slip off (with my iPhone X and with my wife’s 8+)...

My guess is not - at least with the seats we have there is definitely not enough room between for a third seat And there is no LATCH/anchor for the rear middle seat so you’d have to secure just with the belt

I should also mention we have both a rear facing infant seat and a front facing toddler seat in the M3 already and there is plenty of room for both, somehow seems to be at least as much room as in the S/X

Spoke with Tesla sales today who confirmed that front heated seats are indeed standard without the cold weather package, and the spoiler is only on the P90D (so the images for non-P 90D with deployed spoiler are apparently a design studio bug).
