I just cancelled mine. It hurts, as it's my dream car (Tesla in general), but I can simply not justify the cost (with Danish taxes), and I have just bought a new house 4 minutes from my work, so my needs for a car have been reduced drastically. Maybe later...

It's like you would expect from Tesla. High quality (at least on the S and X). The first thing I'm going to do is to get it Opti-Coated. It gives an extra protection, and dirt doesn't stick that easy.

If I can't get my Model 3 without leather, I'm going to skip it. Cloth all the way.

Going to see what the price will be here in Denmark. Base will be around $60k with taxes. So I guess around $100k will be my budget.

Why not? You also pay for extra software for your computer. Why not your car? It cost Tesla money to research and develop these things. I don't see why they should not make it as an add-on. In the enterprise networking business, you can also buy huge firewalls etc. that are software limited...

Got my e-mail from Tesla now, and can now login to My Tesla to see the reservation number. I reserved at the beginning of the event. Now: waiting.

I've tried that. Doesn't help at all :( Even tried in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Let's just hope our reservations is visible on MyTesla when they get it working again :-D

Am I the only one who cannot access MyTesla? Once I log in, I just get redirected to the front page. And when I click on MyTesla in the menu, I'm still redirected to the front page immediately.

If they should host it themselves, it would be possible with a few load balancers, 4-5 web servers and just one big database server. But it wouldn't be viable to refactor all of their infrastructure just for a few hours load. Instead, they would probably outsource it. Queue systems like...
