Model y Lr 2023 in the snow

Mountain weather like Tahoe or any mountainous area is not something to take lightly. I'm glad you are attempting to tackle this ahead of time before you head up there. You should be fine, but winter tires will definitely be a benefit up on the mountain if and when the weather changes on...

Who's using what for winter tires for the PNW?

I've not put on any Winter tires on yet….the Hankook Ion evo as suv tires that are on the MY now got around NE Washington with no problems at all in the first snow storm of the season.

    Can MYP match MYLR range?

This is from Tesla's web page. "Chill: limits acceleration for a smooth and gentle ride (available on all vehicles equipped with Autopilot hardware). Standard: provides the normal level of acceleration (available on non-Performance All-Wheel Drive vehicles and Rear Wheel Drive Model S...

Please suggest wheel size LR 19” vs 20”

The 2021 MYLR that I just got has the 20in Induction wheels with summer tread on and I just switched out to a all season…..not sure yet if I made a mistake not getting a full Winter tire or not. The stiffer ride of the 20in wheels does not bother my wife or I at all. Before I bought this...

Washington State Vehicle and EV adoption - October 2023

No idea where it was originally bought and registered. It doesn't intrigue me enough to go pay for a Carfax to find out either.

    Cold Weather Tire Inflation Question

This may be a silly question to some, but as you are adjusting tire pressures will the Tesla beep the horn to notify you that you have reached the 42psi? I know that some manufactures have this feature in their vehicles.

Thinking of the Tesla Model 3/Y but have some questions

Correct me if I'm wrong in thinking this, but isn't the USB port in the glovebox for the recording of the camera's in sentry mode?

    Oversized Individuals in MS

I totally agree with the missing the boat on the design of the door opening.

    Oversized Individuals in MS

I've seen videos of this exact way to enter the MS….next time I'm at the service/delivery center I'll try this. Thank you

    Oversized Individuals in MS

I apologize if this has been covered…I did do a search but did not find anything. How the hell does a BIG guy get entry and exit in a MS without being a contortionist? You practically need to grease yourself down to get it accomplished. I was thinking of getting MS until I tried to get in...

Model 3 Instrument Cluster - Tsportline

I saw the video as well. It is an interesting look to the simple dash of the M3 that makes me want to see one in person.

Going on vacation. Should I leave it plugged in?

How much battery level drops if the car IS NOT plugged in but has sentry mode on?

Entry & Exit into Model S

I'm thinking the Model 3 or maybe the new and upcoming Model Y is the one to get.

Entry & Exit into Model S

When the Model 3 came out I remember sitting in one and not having problems getting in or out. I'll have to take a road trip and sit in one again.

Entry & Exit into Model S

Before I tried to get into the Model S I put the seat all the way back & down as low as could be had....I then placed the steering wheel as far up & forward as possible and I still bump my belly and head trying to get in. I don't think there is enough room between the door pillar and wheel to...

Entry & Exit into Model S

I am a guy with a rather large belly that is getting in the way of getting into and out of a Model S. How the hell does a owner with a big belly comfortability get into and out of your beautiful ride? I can't see myself getting a Model S with the problem. Please advise.

    Fixing Damaged Tesla's

I apologize if this has been covered before.......I did not find it in reviewing past threads. As I am not a Tesla owner as of yet and I don't live anywhere near a Tesla Service Center I am concerned about if there is any accidents that need to be repaired and also if any appointments that need...

Travel Times on MS cars vs ICE cars

I thank all that have chimed in on their experiences from owning and driving a Tesla on longer road trips......it all makes very good sense to make things a more relaxing adventure in the trip and not make it a sprint race to destination. I'll have to just get my butt in motion to start the...

Travel Times on MS cars vs ICE cars

I'm also trying to make sense out of watt hours makes good mileage use and what is a serious waste.....not understanding how it all relates to good overall mileage like MPG in a ICE car.

Travel Times on MS cars vs ICE cars

I'm in the process of trying to convince myself on a purchase of a Tesla. The long distance travel times on a MS vs a ICE car is quite a bit longer, and that kind of is a troubling thing for both my wife and I. Since I'm in the financial level of affording a used MS I guess obviously the size...

    New or used s

Tesla is no different than any other car. If you don't want to pay all the money for a new car that will dramatically reduce it's self the minute you drive away from the dealer than the used market is the answer.
