I wouldn’t expect them to know. The goal is push deliveries for 4Q23. If they let the public know the FUSC transfer is extended, those 4Q deliveries would become 1Q. I’m hoping it’ll be extended, even if they don’t let us know until later on.

Why not full credit? What changes in 2024? I thought it becomes a POS credit vs tax refund, with same $80k price limit. It looks like income limits stay the same also, $300k for married filing jointly.

This is a great offer, considering upgrading to a MYLR or MYP. I’d probably sell the MS, it’s got low miles too, about 75k. Still prefer the design of MS over current Y. Wish the redesigned MY was out.

Wow, nice garages! How the heck do you guys keep it so clean? Don't most people have other stuff in their garage...like bikes, lawn equipment, shovels, helmets? I just got a shed in my backyard last year, but I still have few bikes, automotive tools etc in my garage.

I don't have a front plate on my MS and never had any issues. Just ordered a MYLR, prob won’t mount it either. It does give a reason for cops to stop me though, that and the tints on drivers and front passenger windows (Not very dark).

Did you lose the initial $250 deposit when you changed to MYP? I was speaking to a Tesla rep earlier and she said the $250 doesn’t transfer as it’s a different car. Still on the fence on upgrading, NJ has a $2000 rebate that caps out at $55k.

When I had this issue, I ended up taking it to Tesla and they replaced the door controller module (DOOR CONTROLLERMODULE(1003101-00-E), it ended up costing me $655 (part was $355). Good luck.

What’s a BCM do? Previous poster mentioned “driver side door control module”, which seems to go for around $50 or so on eBay. Oh yes, mobile ranger isn’t coming, they’ve rescheduled my appointment to 9/27. The service for Tesla’s are terrible. Pretty much can’t use my car for > 2 weeks.
