Right there with you buddy. 244 days for me as well. Got my VIN last Tuesday and my car hasn't left Cali. Just getting jerked around with all sorts of excuses. Just know that a VIN doesn't seem to mean much haha.

I have the exact same build as you. I ordered on Sept 23 and my current EDD is May 16 - 29, very similar to yours. Where are you located? Hopefully we get a VIN soon.

Got my floor mats, mud flaps, roof cross bars, bottle of ceramic coating, screen protector, etc. Now just need a VIN. A week from tomorrow will be 8 months exactly. Good grief.

Haha yeah I have been more than a little ready since Feb 1 when my SA reached out and said they would be working with me up until delivery. I just didn't realize it would take months after being assigned an SA.

So the first day of my new EDD is exactly 8 months since I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got pushed back again this morning. EDD went from 5/10 - 5/23 to 5/20 - 6/3. I swear this car is never coming. Might have to go to my DC and ask in person what the hell is going on.

Do you think they pass by Bend and then truck them back down from Portland? I was thinking they would drop off our cars on the way up north. We got a delivery center / service center here a few months ago.

EDD changed this morning from 5/13 - 5/27 to 5/10 - 5/23. Going in the right direction!

EDD changed this morning from May 9 - June 6 to May 13 - 27. So back to another 2 week window. Good news? We shall see.

Hate to admit it but this seems to be the norm lately. I ordered a similar build (only difference is White paint) on 9/23/21 and my EDD says May 9 - June 6.

Simply not true. Many of us have had 2 week windows only to be pushed back weeks into another month long + window. No need to provide false hope.

So my SA just basically said to not expect a VIN before my EDD starts (May 9). Kind of funny because just last week they said that I SHOULD receive a match (VIN) in the next couple weeks. So I guess they are preparing me for yet another push back. Great.

Well I just tried this trick and told my SA that I would be out of town for the majority of my current EDD. They basically said that it won't arrive before my EDD and that my current EDD is the most accurate window (same thing they have said since I had an EDD of January haha).

Seems like some of them actually care (obviously not mine). All I get is the same BS response that says everything in my profile looks good and it should just be a few more weeks. This has been going on since Feb 1. I mean if it's going to be June or July just tell me, I would like to start...

Everything is conjecture at this point. Nobody has a clue how this process works.

I have tried all the tricks...annoying my SA, deleting the app, not checking the website, manifesting, reverse psychology, the list goes on. No rhyme or reason to this madness.

Entered my EDD today. Just waiting for the inevitable push back. How many weeks will it be pushed back this time? Not even Tesla knows. I want off this roller coaster.

Pretty amazing when people who ordered 3 months after you are getting their cars weeks before you. What an absolute *sugar* show.

(Just a few more weeks) x (5) = pissed off customers. Gonna be hard to continue to recommend Tesla to friends and family at this point. I guess just make sure to tell them to expect to wait much longer than they were told, and to not get excited until the car is in their possession.

September friends, I highly recommend against checking the Oct, Nov, and later threads. That will absolutely ruin your day. I'm over this lottery. Enough complaining for today, need to save some for 'the next several weeks' as my SA so eloquently puts it. :)

Welp, still no VIN. I'm sure most of you will be long gone from this thread by the time I get it. Enjoy your cars everyone! See you on the road (in my non Tesla). Guess I missed out on this years batch of cars to Oregon, hopefully I will get one from next years batch 🤞🏻

My SA just told me I am indeed awaiting a match and I could be matched in the next several weeks lol wow... Seems like I have been waiting for a match since early January and been promised only a few more weeks for the last 4 months. This is nuts. OD/PC 9/23/21 White, only option is tow hitch...
