Thanks for confirming that the stiff strut was the defective one. I decided to return them and will hopefully get a functioning replacement. Nice to know they should be able to be compressed by hand.

Ability to password lock the car into Chill Mode so my kids and mother-in-law can drive it safely. I’d use Valet mode, but it locks you out of the trunks and glove box.

I’ve noticed the same backwards moving cursor issue. Comes and goes. One time it self corrected without a reboot. Day 7 of this car, so I’ve not explored any permanent fixes yet. But I’d be interested in knowing what Tesla tells you.

I'm in the same boat. Taking delivery of a Pearl White M3P- on Wednesday with the same VIN range: 4084XX. I've noticed a lot of recent VINs reported as 42XXXX, so I was wondering if ours were built a few months ago.

Who did you talk to? All the sales reps in Rocklin said it was a wheel swap with no price adjustment. Not that I believed them.

I just heard from the rep at our local tesla store in Rocklin that they think the 18s and 20s are just a swap. I told him the existing 18s don't clear the performance brakes and he had no idea what to say next.

That's what I'm hearing as well. Just a straight swap 18s for 20s. I was under the impression that the existing 18s do not clear the performance brakes, to which my Tesla advisor had no answer.

If they don’t price adjust for the 18s, then wouldn’t we just take delivery of the 20s and sell them aftermarket? I know the 20s are a bit brittle, but they must have some market value. The tires alone are worth nearly $1k.

6'7"... We tall people will have to wait till we can sit in it ourselves to know for sure. My biggest "fit" issue these days is the low placement of the rear view mirror, and the lack of adjustment now that rain sensing wipers and other technology has taken over the mirror mounts.
