2021 Refresh Tail Lamp and Charge Port Retrofit Project

I think I found the problem - my 2014 Model S has the fog light cable on pin 3 and the 2022 Model S on pin 2. Maybe switching the two pins will solve the problem. Have ordered a pair of male and female molex connectors to build an adapter. Circuit schemes and connector tables on...

2021 Refresh Tail Lamp and Charge Port Retrofit Project

Hi, I have installed the ev-offer taillights on my 2014 Model S. Everything works fine, except the fog light on the drivers side. The leds shine white instead of red. And isn't the red fog light normally on the inner side (left)? (the red marked circle)

    TPMS reset on V10

@98ramair: your car has the Continental TPMS systems, not the Baolong system.

    TPMS reset on V10

That's not true, my second tire set with winter tires and Baolong sensors was detected after pressing the rest button, they were never programmed with a Tesla TPMS tool and Wasn't at a Service Center with this tires.

    TPMS reset on V10

Which "program"? I chose Tesla Model S 2013 on the Cub SensorAid programmer and copied the summer sensors to the new ones, works perfect. Sensors were 4x CUB UNI Sensor 433MHz.

    TPMS reset on V10

Tried new sensors from Cub, programmed with Cub SensorAid Programmer - it works :) Copied the IDs from summer to winter tires with Cub sensors, Autel MX Sensors didn't work.

    TPMS reset on V10

A full factory reset of Model S din't resolve the issue - still TPMS warning message. Will drive a longer distance this afternoon, maybe it will work after the drive?

    TPMS reset on V10

@one-ten: with a factory reset you won't get to an older software, but your Model S will reset completely. Maybe this reset will reset the TPMS?

    TPMS reset on V10

Hi, got the Autel TS501 programming device today and could read the IDs of summer tires Baolong sensors. Bute there's no way to copy the IDs to the winter tire sensors. The Autel TS501 has a OBD cable, but the "OBD learning function" ist not available for Model S. Or does anyone know how to...

    TPMS reset on V10

Same problem here, 2014 Model S with Gen1 Baolong TPMS. Switched to winter tires last weekend with original TPMS sensors, got the "TPMS error" message. And my Model S need german TÜV next month and I will get no TÜV license with this error in Germany :( Are there any solutions with TPMS...

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

The hood is a facelift hood, OEM stock, no changes. My 2014 Model S has the "double-hook" for the lock, so I made a custom one to figure out the correct length: At the moment there's some work with the frunk trim and the sealing, but it closes and I can drive with the new facelift front :)

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

I've told to several customers of Nikola-brussels, who made the facelift conversion in Europe and they don't change seals or anything else. It's no problem if you have the old big trunk and the new facelift hood.

    2014 P85 Gets a 2017 facelift using OEM parts

The facelift hood fits perfect, without any problems. The biggest problem is the double loop for the lock, both loops are too long and you have to figure out the correct length.

Hi from Germany, here's a picture gf my 2014 Model S with facelift bumper and facelift hood: The hood is painted meanwhile, but I need to build a new double loop metal thing, because the loops don't fit with the facelift hood. At the moment I have mounted the pre-facelift hood. Regards, Peter

Motor Trend Bolt vs Model 3 Comparison

Why do they compare a mini-van with a middle-class sized car? The cars play in two different categories, I would never buy such a mini-van like Bolt (or Ampera-e in Europe) instead of a Tesla Model III.
