No, only the refreshed P90D can upgrade to P100D. I got in the queue about 20 minutes after Elon first mentioned the P100D and my service center is telling me likely January.

I will say to the person above wondering the 50-70 MPH time, it says on Tesla's site that 45-65 or "passing speed" is 1.2 seconds. That's ridiculous.
