I would still schedule a service appointment. Either your 12v is already bad or the car is having issues charging it properly. Either way, service should take care of it.

Update: Service center says they have my new battery, but now they are waiting for a plastic seal for it. Sounds very similar to @Jpjpjp waiting for his bolts... Tuesday will be two weeks since I brought the car in.

When streaming Bluetooth audio the sound does lower for me during maps directions from the car. One could increase this effect by lowering the volume on your phone a little. I haven't tried the model 3s native streaming yet though. Surprised that isn't more seamless.

Well, to give them the benefit of the doubt, this could very well be their first Model 3 battery swap, and the bolts in question could be unique to that battery. Sounds like the sort of thing they wouldn't have in excess supply just yet.

I just got a call from the Bellevue service center asking if I'd like to move my delivery up sooner. One of the options was a 7:30pm slot on Friday. I asked and she confirmed that they had added those time slots recently. Seems like they are making some kind of effort.

I don't think that's necessarily their operating hours. I was told by my ISA that they have three delivery blocks: 11am, 2pm, and 5pm. It's possible that they need the time in between to prepare the next round of deliveries. I agree that they'll probably need to add a day and/or another slot...
