Mine also came without EAP even though I paid for it. I called my local service center (where I took delivery), and they pushed out EAP within 20 minutes. No idea why they would say it takes a week.

Yep. I was also told the new standard for NC is home delivery. You will have a couple of days to report any issues, and then you can schedule time to have any issues corrected. I will cross various thing for you. I am past the point of no return as well. I have no vehicle anymore, so we only have one car in our family now. My husband is gone for business until Wednesday and I have no car. Hopefully my call from Tesla on Tuesday will be good news.

That is normal. My 9/15 delivery was canceled, and both VIN and date disappeared. My MVPA is still there though with the original VIN.

My advice is to plan the delivery around your schedule, and not the other way around. That way you don’t change plans only to end up with a moved delivery. I am guessing the deliveries they missed due to this storm will cause a bit of a backlog they will have to work through. Mine was scheduled...

Those of us in Charlotte already have to complete all paperwork before we can take delivery, as the DMV will not allow the Tesla Lot in Charlotte to take any paperwork or payments. I am sending mine to Raleigh tomorrow for a scheduled Saturday delivery (assuming the weather doesn’t cancel it).

I would apply through Tesla and see what you get. That is the most streamlined process according to them.

That is the missing piece of this delivery process. I think a lot of people might be a bit less anxious if they introduced full tracking.
