Recieved my sketch today and admired the rear view with the elongated tail-lights and sculpted trunk treatment.Maybe a bit to BMW ish for some,but quite elegant...

Bokonon thanks for the link,l had thought Tesla was still offering unlocking the battery in 5 kWh increments(75-80kwh).

On Teslas Model X page they now have a 60D option for $74,000,upgradable to 75D at any time.With Model 3 rush to production this could be a win-win for Tesla and Model 3 customers.

I agree.Dont start with 40kWh or 60kWh as these sizes will be antiquated soon enough ( ala MS).70-100 kWh seems like a much better option than increments of 5kWh at a time.

Don't forget $10,000 ludacrus option = $99,500.lol...So the Model S battery upgrade (90D)includes dual motors for $13,000 but the next upgrade P90D costs $33,000 for the same battery,but larger rear motor?Remember the $5,000 upgrade is for base model / Dual motor
