Had a similar (not identical) issue about a month ago on my 10/16 90D. I wasn't able to connect to the car with the app, although the car was drive-able. Used the scroll wheels for a soft reboot on the car and it worked. The software update finished installing and the car and app were functional.

Your Wh/mi is having a pretty big impact. If I recall, rated mileage is based on 291 Wh/mi. You should be able to get another 20-30 miles out of a full charge by driving more efficiently.

They fit okay - not great. You'll need 265/35s in the front and 275/35s in the rear. I believe that some folks have posted here about the front wheels rubbing while in reverse with the steering wheel turned completely.

I could definitely be wrong about the stalls against the building. There is a trench from the building to the cabinets, though. It was filled in with dirt yesterday. Perhaps they paved it today. That run could be to get power to the cabinets and not for stalls against the building.

Still a ways away from completion. Looks like 10 stalls parallel to the street (top of the photo) and 6 up against the building (bottom left of photo). Similar to San Mateo except that the cabinets will be in the middle replacing the stalls under the trees.
