Back on the market. Windshield replaced by Tesla last weekend (took a rock on highway). Car needs to be washed bad so no pictures yet. I can snap some with my phone tomorrow but I plan to clean this Saturday. Prefer local NC, VA, SC sale for ease of transaction.

I think I'm having the same issue now. Did anyone else see the ambient temperature quikly get to about 80F with this issue? Temp is fine when I get in to the car then is moves rapidly to 80F. Is this related these front vents?

I just asked my SC about replacing screens and this was the response: That is inaccurate information. Screens will be repaired, not replaced, once the tooling becomes available, likely in August.

I was told yesterday by my SC that a fix is not available and that it will be August. They previously told my July when I took the car in for warranty service in May.

Are you still under warranty?

Anyone else have experiences with SCs or an update? I'm currently scheduled for a service appointment next week.

I have a service appoint schedule for Friday and I plan to have mine replaced. I'll post P/N and anything I learn.

That's what I was afraid of. Speaking of matte versus gloss when did Tesla make the switch? Early years are matte carbon fiber, correct?

I recently picked up a carbon fiber dash trim set and the passenger side long piece is scratched (see picture). I can definitely feel the scratch but it does appear to only be in the top clear coat. Is there a way I can fix this? Maybe a polish? Thanks

Interesting. I emailed service about mine and they toltnme to bring it in. I specifically asked about a Ranger appointment. Sounds like it is region dependant (not surprised). Definitely let's us know how it goes .

Noticed the slight yellow band on the right side of my screen two days ago. I got in the car tonight after work and I have a band along the top.

Same here. Update installed last night and I had my instrument cluster display reboot four times. It only happened while using Navigation though. I called and reported it. Same response from Tesla; “we are working on a patch.”

Resurrecting this thread from a few years ago. Anyone look in to this lately? I call Duke and they don't recommend it for my usage but I'm going to crunch some more numbers over the next few months to double check.
