Compnd is correct. There are several velcro fasteners across the front of the headliner that seem to be just not connecting enough. From the back seat look through the open sunroof into the headliner and you'll see the plastic white/black velcro to know where to apply pressure on the headliner...

Be-careful about raising suspension to solve this problem. I have the same feature but it is known to lower when in park and off. I know the concerns with that and there are plenty of other threads where owners have parked with clearance over a parking stop to only come out and find their car...

Never thought about the rear camera...question how did they determine that? Is it something we can check too?

+Agree with the cold theory, but not on the camera being covered theory. On every instance I've checked both side cameras and they are not covered or dirty. I hope it's not a wiring harness defect where cold weather causes a faulty connection.

Same message here, reboot does not help, goes away after car sits for awhile. Navigate on autopilot does not work and change lanes on autopilot does not work either. For me I noticed both side camera do not pickup vehicles. Anyone find more info on cause?

Pete8314, thank you for the recommendation. It did the job. Adjusted as far as they would go and although not perfect it is a big improvement and not as noticeable misalignment of the rear tail lights. Thanks again.

I have exactly the same issue - and it's not my pano roof - I've driven with it partially open and have the same clicking/rubbing noise. I'm guessing it's the wiring harness wires that are not fully wrapped and the cold wires are rubbing against the styrofoam material in the front windshield...

I'm going to escalate this with Tesla, it was functionality that was working fine they obviously changed something to cause this issue. I think what they mean is they are going to try to come up with a work around for the throttling they just imposed on our cars.

It's a frustrating problem and surprising that they haven't resolved this or at least sent a communication out since it would impact everyone if the issue was between Tesla/ATT/Music Systems. I love my MS90PD AP1 but these lingering issues wear you down.
