    Supercharger - Charlottesville, VA

Looks like Dominion is taking their sweet time... same as they do with anything else (like getting the power back on after an outage.) At least the dealership in Richmond is opening tomorrow. :-)

    Supercharger - Charlottesville, VA

Oh man, I dread going up there to Stonefield (kind of a circus) but it's probably a pretty logical location. I doubt I would end up using this often in my theoretical Model 3 but I'm glad there's going to be Supercharging here.

    Supercharger - Meridian, MS

When I go there I have to travel from the Atlanta area through Bham and also back and forth on the US72 corridor between Florence and Huntsville. I often make several trips on US72 a day so waiting around for random J plugs and hit-and-miss chademo stations at nissan dealerships just won't cut...

    Supercharger - Meridian, MS

Lack of Bham (and to a lesser extent, Huntsville) SC are pretty much the only things keeping me from making a M3 reservation. Travel through there often and it's just not feasible without them.

Tesla seeking to open Richmond facility

Well I hope so, I'm just asking if anyone knows if the DMV considers a service center to be "separate" from a dealership? Meaning, while they are waiting for this to play out in the courts the location can still open and service cars, but not sell them for the time being.

Tesla seeking to open Richmond facility

So, would they at least be able to keep the building as a service center if the DMV does not allow them to open a dealership?

    Supercharger - Birmingham, AL

HI all, I travel I20 from Atlanta and I65 quite often so I am interested in Alabama locations. I am wondering if there was originally a SC location slated for the 65/565 intersection near Decatur, (where the huge Bass Pro development was to be) but those plans had to be round-filed due to the...

    New Supercharger expansion model?

In a similar vein... Here is the Sheetz at the intersection of US 60 and US 522: (Powhatan, VA) Look at all that space! Here is one in Lynchburg, VA on US29: Lots of room for a couple of superchargers, well away from the gas pumps.

Tesla seeking to open Richmond facility

Got a response from the DMV So they are taking the time to read and handle them.

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Cracker Barrel has already been partnering with NRG EVGo in Tennessee and Texas. Not sure on the details of the agreement, but I think Nissan may also be involved due to their HQ now being in Tennessee. Anyhow, I believe most locations in those states have some mix of J plugs and CHAdeMO...

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Would be great. Ditto for Lynchburg. That seems to be to be what these new partnerships are partly about... (Sheetz, Meijer, Ruby Tuesday) Filling in locations on major US highways.

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Yeah definitely not the best, but not too horrible. The salad bar they used to have 10 or so years ago was half-decent, but don't know if it's still the same since it's been that long since I went to one. (Those chain restaurants tend to change their menus every couple of years.) I'll worry if...

Announcement regarding superchargers located at Ruby Tuesdays: Tesla and Ruby Tuesday partner to open a series of new Supercharger Stations

Tesla seeking to open Richmond facility

Does anyone have a list of (serious) quick bullet points to address when writing a letter to Mr. Holcomb? I have not followed the situation closely until now and don't want to talk out of my rear end. Thanks

Way too far out of the way unfortunately.

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Yeah I mean I'm thankful that all of the people with more disposable income than me subsidized the design and production of the model 3, gigafactory, etc. but give me a break... Tesla's long-tem goal isn't to continue to produce boutique cars for provincial nerds and well-to-do...

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Yes, Farmvegas is definitely a "thing." Thanks for making the map, that makes it pretty clear. And I forgot about US15, I live pretty close to it. It is a major north/south corridor used by folks in the western DC suburbs/exurbs to get to points south without having to use I95. We take 460 to...

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Amen. Here's another example: I live north of Farmville (Farmvegas), in a fairly rural area outside the western Richmond exurbs, so to speak. Around here roads like US60, US460, US360, US29 are very heavily used. When we travel south towards Georgia to visit family, we take a combination of US...

    New Supercharger expansion model?

Your in-laws live near me. :) As a prospective model 3 owner, I'm hoping this or something similar works out. It fits with the company's vision of making EV use more ubiquitous. I agree with another poster who said that Sheetz isn't exactly the most cosmopolitan place for Tesla to partner with...
