Rise is because I have a Bear Credit Spread at 345 expiring tomorrow. As has happened many times in the past, price will inexplicably spike over 345 on Friday to wipe me out and the price will then crash on Monday.

There's no hidden news. FB and GOOG charts look the same.

Renaissance Tech got a hold of the bad earnings early. Trading algo causes a run-up which causes the false sense of good earnings. Algo goes short at the peak of the run-up. Earnings get released and the algo makes a killing in the subsequent crash.
