I've had the same issue with my 2018 Model X purchased about a month ago. 12v battery warning. Replaced battery. Warning came back. Software update. Battery warning gone. But the dash and touch screens freeze every day, usually when first getting into the car.

I had 5 referrals for the last two programs. I did get an email to pick a new or old bag style in August, but nothing has come and no word on jacket or wheels.
