Thanks. I thought Tesla is advanced enough to make backups of existing data and restore when a new eMMC is replaced without losing all the data.

Hi, I was told ALL my profiles were lost after picking up my Model S today. Is it normal to lose all profiles after replacing the eMMC in a Model S? Thanks.
