Moderator note: This post and the two following were merged from another thread. New supercharger almost ready at 150 Goodman Rd, Southaven, MS. Stalls are cabinets are installed. Fence is still up. 8 stall 250KwH.

Memphis has had a SC for two years now.... Blytheville and Forrest City have been on the map for two years too. Probably not going to see one pop up in less than a month.

Highly doubt that they are under construction. Those have been on the planed list for a couple of years now.

Forrest City,Ar was a false alarm. Someone driving by thought they saw a 8 stall supercharger.......

Checked all over the Holiday Inn and the gas station and four hotels that are on the east side of Washington St. The pic I took was abeam that new paved area but on the entrance ramp to I40.

Nada......Nothing. Kind of hard to even see the Holiday Inn Express from I40. Drove around all the hotels at the exit and nothing at them either.

By about 8am we'll know for sure. Dove the 3 to work tonight just to drive over there in the morning to scout it out.

I believe that was in a facebook group. They guy was driving his 3 from Tx to Michigan or Minnesota. He made it. There are a few hotels with destination charging along I40 between Little Rock and the AR/OK state line. I looked at a trip from Memphis to Okc and it routed me through Tulsa so that...

The car will want you to stop in Little Rock for 1 hour an 10 minutes and then route you through Tulsa(Catoosa supercharger) then down to OKC which is a 272 mile leg. There was another Model 3 owner than did Little Rock to Miner,Mo which is a 274 mile leg. I think its very doable is you stay...

Picked my 3 up in Nashville on Monday and drove it 220 miles back to Memphis. I say go for it.

They go to a rail yard in West Memphis,Arkansas. I live in Memphis and see truck loads of Tesla's heading east on I-40. Sadly hadn't seen any Model 3's.

Accidentally ordered without EAP. I was playing around in the configuator showing it off to a few coworkers and accidentally clicked order......I was waiting for the Dual motor option towards the end of there year.

Start looking for a Super Charger to pop up in Grenada. I've been looking for permits for the past few months. Hopefully something will pop up now that Tupelo construction is done.

Hard to tell with Tesla time.... The Memphis Supercharger was like that for I think 3 weeks before it was turned on. Everything looked ready to go if the magic Tesla guy comes and turns it on.....

Dropped by today while out on a ride. The fence is down and looks like everything is ready. No power on at the meter and all the chargers only had a few of the anti-tamper screws installed. I don't think the stalls were labeled either.

Nope. Looked for flags and stakes or spray paint to mark anything....Nothing.

Drove through the BPS parking lot and didn't see anything.....

I'm heading to Hot Springs from Memphis this weekend. I'll drop by for a little recon and see whats going on in the parking lot.

Probably in the Bass Pro parking lot. The SC in Jackson,Ms is in the Bass Pro parking lot and there are a few in MO that are in the BPS parking lot too.

That car has been on the cpo site for awhile. I asked my CPO advisor about it and he said it was in Hawaii.

It took two weeks for a CPO advisor to call me back. By then all three cars that I liked were gone. The communication with Tesla sucks at best.

I was eating at the Lazy Dog and just happen to look up and see the Super Chargers. Looks like they just need a visit from Tesla to check them out and put them online.

Good luck trying to get a call back from Tesla or talk to a CPO Advisor. I've been trying for over a week and haven't heard back from the Mothership or the CPO Advisor that I've talked to on a few other cars.

Unfortunately no.... There's a Taco Bell,Five Guy's,Pryo's Pizza,Jason's Deli and a P.F Changs right by the chargers.

There was a hotel that had a HPWC that put out 64 amps. They charged like 10 bucks if you weren't a guest there. It's the Holiday Inn Airport conference center. It was by the airport on I-440. Look them up on plugshare.

I happened to be eating lunch at Pyro's and stopped by and took a few pictures. Counted 3 model S's that drove by and asked the guys doing the construction questions. So I think it's safe to say they might dislike Tesla owners before it's over....

It wasn't just Memphis getting a supercharger that made me pull the trigger on the P85. Now that the supercharger black hole is shrinking around there area was the main factor for me. I scuba dive in the Birmingham area alot and have friends and family in Atlanta so the one in Birmingham will be...

Guess my Leaf is going bye bye now.... Just pulled the trigger on a CPO P85 now that we are getting a Supercharger.

Kinda off the topic but I did just discover that Carlock Nissan in Jackson,Tn has a chademo charger. It's not on plugshare. Called the stealership and it appears to be free.

The 10 spots are up and running at Shelby Farms. All J1772s.

I bought a used 2014 Leaf SL to hold me over till I get my Model 3. Seems used Leafs are pretty cheap. I paid 9k for mine and it had 21,000 miles on it. There's a few dealers selling the new 30kw Leaf for $18,000. I say a used Leaf is a good car to get the feel of driving an EV.

I'll also recommend the route by rfinn. When I lived in Chattanooga that was my Sunday ride on the motorcycle. Tellico Plains isn't too far from Chattanooga if you need a supercharger. Enjoy East TN!!!!

There's 5 Guys,Pyro's Pizza,P.F Chang's right by where the super charger will be built. There's Season's 52,The Capital Grill and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse right up the road.

Looks like there's a permit for a supercharger at 1203 Ridgeway!!!!!
