I got quote from both the Tesla recommended companies in Northern VA and they were way too high. One has quoted around 2000 for pulling a cable from basement where the panel is to garage which is almost right on top of basement. I checked with my contractor and he did it for less than 800...

I am sure production is done, they won't put a estimated date till production is done, the delay is probably securing transportation details. Unless they want to post status " Production complete, waiting for driver(out for lunch) to load car in truck/train" :)

From what I understood, Train or truck depends on number of cars ready for shipment for a location/Area, so strong possibility we can end up on same shipment.
