One other thing you can check is to ensure you have your location settings set the Always for your Tesla App. This is mentioned in Phone Key section -> Step #4 in the Model X Owner's Manual.

I've owned both and prefer the white a little more. But the 1 downside is that the sun reflects off the white dash and seats which makes the interior super bright while driving. I'm always forced to wear sun glasses.

Yes, you can lower your ride. You can adjust the height to wherever you feel looks best. You just can't adjust the dampers, they're locked to 1 setting which is "comfort."

I got these generics here that were referred by someone else on this forum with an 18 M3P + PUP. I think there's slight differences throughout the years. There's a long thread on spacers for performance cars that I read through. 5mm was minimal and still offered plenty of thread.
