Update 11-06-2020 - Picked up MS, 2-day service. Tested all features and buttons, all is good! -No improvement gained. Did not expected it anyways, since chip in eMMC is just to store data/memory. -AM/FM still active (this proves MCU1 still on board - otherwise it's extra $500 per latest Tesla...

Newbie (and perhaps asking old question here), how does it affect Tesla warranty if after-market wheels/tires are installed?

I ordered mine mid-August (estimate delivery late Sep - early Oct) and it has an "Integrated Center Console", one must assume new build Model S will all have the same add-on center console from Tesla Shop, with the integrated rear-facing cupholders.
