And you weren't sharing or anything?

What would make you cancel your Model 3 Reservation?

    Pacifica hybrid. Not even joking.

Was the Model 3 Trunk Opening Changed at All?

Visibility, Aerodynamics, Cargo Pick two. I'm fine with visibility and aero. And if you can afford a car like this, you can afford a decent stroller that folds nicely. Just some examples: 2,3 = S,X 1,2 = 3 1,3 = minivan

    Falcon wing doors.

Tesla blog yesterday repeats 215 mile range estimate

Because the 3 really will be 90% of the S, for half the price, and when they do that, they can say goodbye to S sales. The longer they delay information, the better the 3 is.

Tesla blog yesterday repeats 215 mile range estimate

Eh. "Guys" has been gender neutral for decades at this point.

Tesla blog yesterday repeats 215 mile range estimate

This is pretty simple, guys. Base will be 55 kWh and 215 miles. Highest will be 75 and about 295. Still technically less than the 100D Model S, but I don't care. That'll be what I reserve. I don't really care what the base model has under the floor.

    How's the A pillar visibility?

It probably needs to be that thick so the window can be so sloped and still pass rollover tests with a heavy battery. It's a shame. I'd have gladly traded 10 highway miles for better visibility.

    How's the A pillar visibility?

Haha. Ouch, thanks. I'll just have to wait for the test drive and see how much she notices it.

    need to charge every night?

My charger is behind my house off the alley. It's easier to park in the front, so I'll probably be doing that and charging twice a week or so. Maybe more in the winter when I want preconditioning. I'm not too concerned about it.

    How's the A pillar visibility?

Sounds odd, but this is a huge issue for my wife, and she's the one who needs to get onboard before we buy this car, haha. Anyway, we had a Leaf and the A pillar was huge. Really easy to lose a pedestrian in it. We have a test drive set up in a week, but I was wondering what people's take is...

    Model 3 Battery size

My hope is that we haven't heard anything from Elon on ranges because he can't afford to cannibalize Model S sales. Sure, he doesn't care if people choose the 3 over the S when they are both available, but having S sales tank right now would be a disaster. As far as I'm concerned, the longer it...

    Poll Model 3 range expectation

    Hey! That was no typo!

[Poll] - Who bought or will buy Model S/X 60 kwh instead of waiting?

I'd be driving a Model S today if the wife didn't hate it. Haha. I'm hoping she likes the 3 more.

    Poll Model 3 range expectation

Elon has said the base 3 is less than 60, and it looks like the Bolt is a _useable_ 60, or what Tesla would call 70. So, I would not be surprised at all if base Bolt beats base 3 in EPA range. That said, if you can pay more money and put 80 or 100 in the 3, then it's a moo point.
  16. P

[Poll] Would you take a Bolt over an M3 in these situations?

I totally would if not for the Superchargers. I greatly prefer a hatch over a sedan. But, I also only want one car, so what I get needs to road trip. I've done road trips on public chargers; it's hell.

Are they really that much quieter? I never really thought about that...

Sub 3 seconds for Model 3 DL

Like when Apple made the iPhone and totally destroyed the market for their most popular product ever, the iPod. Boy, was that ever dumb. ;)

Supercharging to be uncoupled for new owners - lowering price of S/X

Man, if Tesla releases an SAE adapter and opens up the network to anyone who pays by the kWh, the Bolt would become a serious competitor for me. Right now, no way just because non-Tesla charging is a nightmare.

Payment Method now on Tesla's My Tesla Page [Since Removed]

As a former Leaf owner, I know that it's currently illegal in most states to charge by the kWh for electricity unless you are a public utility. It's why EvGo and Blink et all all charge by the minute, as silly as that is. I wonder how Tesla plans to get around that? Maybe by just not caring...
