My experience is pretty similar with other owners, Model X doesn't burn gas, but burn rubber tire much faster. I have replaced two sets of tires after owning my X for 4+ years.

Thanks for the suggestions. I used to get the keyfob low battery warning. After battery replacement, the ghost opening starts happening more frequently. I guess the keyfob now feels it's being supercharged.

I would like to second this, especially for minor misalignment, because no matter how perfect it starts with, after a few open/close of fwd, chances are some hinges won't stop in the exact same positions.
