I'm experiencing it with our new 90D usually at around 70mph car is being picked up and taken in to have a look at on 1st Dec we've also got a couple of niggles with the passenger side wing mirror not always opening fully and the front passenger door handle getting stuck out occasionally and...
It never ceases to amaze me that with any other car brand people tested rive them decide if they like what they have test driven and decide whether or not they want to buy it based on whatever criteria is important to them, it's called freedom of choice. As soon as Tesla is in the equation some...
I guess if your winters are pretty bad then probably a good bet, we didn't but in the UK just South of London the winters aren't that bad so we just rely on heating the cabin before use
Hi Bjorn, been following you on YouTube for a while in the run up to getting our 90D great videos very informative certainly helped in our decision making - good to see you on here
First frosty morning of the winter, got to love the pre heat function on EV's, we've got a Model S and a Leaf both cars exactly at 22c and frost free by the time we got to going out
So far (4 weeks in)
-Silicon Key cover x 2
-Seat belt extenders, so its easy for junior to do his own seat belt
-Trunk and frunk liners from Tesla
- My wife is buying me a Tesla golf bag ☺️
We were hanging fire with a solar panel and powerwall install pending the announcement we will now go ahead with the solar panel install and ensure we can connect up a Powerwall 2 as soon as available in the UK
We've had our S 90D for 3 weeks and so far everything about the car is amazing in other words as mentioned it's the culmination of everything about the car that makes it amazing. Best car I've ever owned and getting close to convincing my brother who has always been anti EV's to replace his...
I'm just pleased we managed to get a Titanium before it was discontinued, everyone that's seen it so far has been very complimentary and said how they love the colour but as mentioned, colour is subjective - each to their own, as long as your happy with the colour you have that's all that matters.
Yes because I can offset 100% of the lease from my corporation tax so a no brainer in my case or for anyone else that can as indeed my neighbour does, so we're not renting a premium vehicle for an exorbitant cost we're taking advantage of tax incentives. Horses for courses
We got our 90D three and half weeks ago, leased, do I feel cheated? No I got the car I ordered and paying for, by the time my 4 year lease is up will autonomous be mainstream or even permitted in the UK? I doubt it! If it is I'll get one with autonomous. In the meantime I'll get on with my...
It's absolutely fine, in fact I have gone on about it so much that now I have 3 friends seriously looking at ordering, 2 for a model S and one for a model X
I think it's true that it depends on how busy the centre is. When we picked ours up we were the last normal collection slot of the day and arrived early (as you do - not because we were excited of course) evidently there wasn't anyone before us so the car was under a cover and had the welcome...
We've had our 90D for 3 weeks and since V8 the passenger side mirror occasionally doesn't fully extend, I normally fold them in and then out with the button on the drivers door and then it goes out properly
We've only had our Model S for a couple of weeks, some friends came round for lunch yesterday who also has a Model S (he is to blame for our purchase ) anyway he mentioned that he had bought a Chademo adapter and today I was considering whether we should, then I looked on ZapMap to find that...
Thanks! Apart from driving the Leaf to the station for the daily commute (no way I'm parking the Model S at the station all day) its the Tesla all the way, currently on our first longer trip to Suffolk 110miles what a great car! used the Autopilot a fair bit charged up at Thetford, I knew the...
Thanks - will do, we're hanging fire for a bit to see what the v2 brings then will go for it, already measured up and shade assessed so will be good to go soon.
Can't believe how I ribbed my neighbour when he got his Model S in April 2015 offering to tow him when he runs out of battery LOL and...
Thanks - I guess as v8 came within a couple of days of getting the car I hadn't got used to the previous version but so far not heard anything that is an issue for me
Cheers

Well we're a week and half in to having our Titanium 90D and have to say what a great car it is.
Used our first Supercharger at Heathrow today, I new they were fast but didn't realise quite how fast and off to Suffolk tomorrow so will use the Supercharger at Elveden.
Best thing we could...
