Sounds like the the driving characteristics are just like my Models 75 hard top with springs.
I can get the back end out and have a lot of fun in it.
Much more nimble than more complex Model S’s.
I think the whole vehicle needs to be oriented towards Fremont for that upgrade trick to work. After all they use GPS to locate the most devout during releases and especially at Christmas time.

Here's my set up using Number 2 wire running 80' from the main load center to the HPWC
Also have a NEMA 14-50 as a back up running number 6.
48A charging for HPWC and 40A for the NEMA 14-50
If I decide to activate the dual charger I can run the full 72A from the HPWC.
I've got a 2016 MS75.
The 90% charge marker kicks in a battery charge balancing algorithm so the frequent charges allows the car to distribute the chaging amoungst the thousands of cells and packs.
