Yes, you'll get a text, email or phone call from an SA within a couple of days of your DD. They'll tell you what to bring with you. Certified cheque or bank draft are the only two forms of payment they accept unless you wired them the funds already via the online ap.

EDD changed twice in two days: yesterday it moved back 13 days to Aug 13 to Oct 13; today it's Aug 18 to Oct 13. First movement in EDD since I ordered the vehicle two months ago. :rolleyes:

General rule of thumb re: leasing vs. buying is: If you want a new car every few years with all the bells and whistles that come with it, then leasing is the way to go. If you're going to hold onto the car forever and drive it into the ground then you should buy. I bought my old MS in 2016...

Unbeknownst to me when I ordered, there's a new luxury tax in Canada on cars > $100K that kicks in for cars delivered on Sept 1, 2022 or later. My SA says that Tesla is aware of this issue and trying to deliver as many MS's and MX's as possible to Canada before then. Not sure if this is true or...

Congrats! DD is almost exactly 7 months to the day from your order date. I would say that's not too bad considering some folks on here have been waiting much longer than that.

A perfect example of where it comes in handy is when you go on a long trip and stay at friends or family for the weekend. You plug your car into a regular outlet with the MC and it sits there charging for 48 to 60 hours until it's time to leave for home. 48 hours x 3 miles = 144 miles of range...

There's a glitch in the matrix. It only seems to be that long with white paint and 19" wheels in the design studio. If you switch to White and 21" wheels, you get an EDD in the Jul-Oct time frame..
