I've had the seal since 2019. The seal came off and I could not tell any difference in sound reduction.

Someone said it took them 10-15 minutes as long as you have a jack stand/lift. I'm tempted to do it but knowing me I will probably F it up.

You should be able to compress the struts. One is too stiff. Have you tried installing just the one that can be compressed? Try that and see if it closes easier (and opens more gracefully).

I didn't go with Basenor for the frunk because i1Tesla and Tesla Wild went with the strut I had posted. It worked for them so I figured it should work for me. They're probably pretty similar. Have you received your Basenor struts?

This particular strut was recommended by i1Tesla and/or Tesla Wild (YouTubers). It fits!

Did you install the rear bar yourself? How 'easy' would you say it was? What tools will I need if I plan to DIY?

Has anyone been able to get the Performance trim with the 18" Aero? If so did it drop the price? Site says 18" Aero Wheels available upon request but no other info.
