You’re right, Tesla customer service sucks... but that free super charging is worth maybe $20/yr for most people, so you may want to think about that before wasting time with an attorney

There's a detailed thread on this forum discussing how the battery modules are wired, voltages, inverters, etc... the conclusion seemed to be the current M3 design is maxed out due to the amount of power that can be delivered to the motors. BTW, isn't this like asking if Ford can make my Fusion...

I know from personal experience you can drive the car with a dead MCU... after you figure out how to open the doors to get in. The only thing you loose is the displays and audio effects. Not sure if the blinkers or wipers worked. BTW, remember when v8 had that "Apps" screen with the lonely...

You're confusing the user interface with capabilities. Tesla developers had the choice to keep the v8 UI and add the new v9 capabilities.... unfortunately, the developers seem to have never driven a Model S/X and unaware those models have an instrument cluster w/vertically oriented center...

I can't think of a single scenario in which I'd allow my car to drive around a parking lot by itself.... the thought of retrieving my confused Tesla surrounded by irate drivers or finding a pedestrian laid out on the hood demanding my insurance info does not appeal to me.

My fingers have been trained to automatically tap thru the icons to turn re-circ on every time I enter the car. It's obvious v9 was written by people who have never driven a MS/X in real-world conditions.

Don't do it -- Tesla dropped the AP/FSD price to trick the last few v8 holdouts into tapping the "Install" button. BTW, I've been on v9 since the roll out and have almost forgotten Tesla once had a good UI for the Model S/X, so it doesn't seem like it sucks as bad as it did last year

You need a motor in the fronk to uncork. The “uncorking” changes how the dual motors share power when accelerating

I find mine too aggressive about 50% of the time and too slow the other 50%, so on average they work as intended
