I have 12.5 as well. I first noticed the red dot that you mentioned when it was warning me about an upcoming red light. It didn’t go away even after 30 minutes of the car being off. I reset the driver’s screen by holding the 2 buttons above the scroll wheel for 10 seconds. So far, so good.

Starkville added 4 ChargePoint charging stations in September. 2 are near Main St and 2 are near Travis Outlaw rec center.

Hattiesburg Supercharger will be great. Almost as nice as a Starkvegas Supercharger would be. The new ChargePoint chargers are big help. I just wish that they had a few on campus.

Dec 2016 S 75D, 25k miles 90%: 223 100%: 247 Typically charge to 80%, but don't charge until it dips into the 40-50% range. I really try to avoid <20% and >90% charge unless road trips.

From New Orleans, head to Slidell then to Meridian or Mobile. No reason to go west. If it’s close, slow down or find the slip stream of a semi going 65-70 mph. I’ve made Baton Rouge to Monroe in a single charge in my MS75D easily.

There are 6 Model S in Monroe that I know and 1 X. Let me know when you get your 3. I would like to see it. I’ve seen 2 in the wild but none in northeast LA. I know someone else in West Monroe that has an estimated delivery for a 3 this summer.

I believe that Tesla has a ranger in the New Orleans / Baton Rouge area. You could call Tesla direct or check with the service center in Houston. They usually charge $3/mile but that is your best bet if you want a qualified opinion.

So, you got your car fixed with a 20 minute phone call. Cool.

None of those locations are on the 2017 map. Oxford makes as much sense as a truckstop for a Supercharger, but a destination charger would make sense. Hopefully, Hattiesburg and Brookhaven are next. Jackson to Mobile is a stretch.

I made the trip from Monroe to Little Rock Supercharger and back last weekend. I left the Little Rock Supercharger with 203 miles. Made it to Monroe Supercharge with 15-20 miles to spare (I think). Average kW/mi was 272. Drove 65 mph from Little Rock to Pine Bluff. Drove 60 mph from Pine...

Something else to consider: The RWD has a spare front motor if the rear one goes out. There have been reports of motor failure where the vehicle is able to continue operating. Think of a single engine jet vs. a dual engine jet. Except you don't die if your RWD motor stalls. ;)

I have a Model S There are at least 5 Model S Teslas in Monroe. I know of 3 people who have pre-orders for Model 3.
