I took my car in to service. They removed and re-placed the front windshield. The gap is much better now and wind noise has reduced significantly. I may put my rubber solution back in just to see if it helps further, but for now, it is good.

I totally agree. Much worse now. Routinely driving well over solid double yellow lines at 35mph on any curvy roads or driving on the shoulder.

The logic for EXIT is simple: if car is in park, key is present inside car, door opens, go to EXIT. If key is present, in EXIT position, and the brake is touched, go to normal seat position for the current profile.

I measured. But be aware my gap changes in size from left to right. Also, it does not eliminate the wind noise. It reduces it somewhat. Does your solution eliminate it?

On my car, it varies. On the right side, there is more space than the left from the front windshield. The glass is not installed square.

90D delivered 12/29/2016. Driver mirror not folding out fully. I live in Florida, so no cold weather. Glass is correct. The motor is definitely struggling to get the mirror open. It gets about 90% there and stops with slack. However, if I gently help the motor, it opens fully with no slack.
