    Model 3 paint wearing off

If the Model S is only average in reliability, how will a cheaper, de-contented, thrown-together Model 3 hold up? Tesla never adequately road-tested the car before production, but let the early adopters be the beta-testers. GM did 750,000 miles of road-testing on the Volt, and Porsche is doing...

    Model 3 paint wearing off

The paint problem is disturbingly part of the bigger picture that was caused by Tesla FAILING to adequately road test the M3 before unleashing it on its beta-testing customers. They can't fix paint with a software upgrade! They can't fix freezing door handles with a software upgrade...

My M3 vs my MS...the revolution is underway

Thanks for the analysis. Porsche has the same problem differentiating the 911 from the Cayman. Elon will upgrade the 75D's range and speed so it can compete with the 3. My biggest worry is longevity. If the MS is only average in reliability, how well will a de-contented M3 hold up...

Chevy Bolt - 200 mile range for $30k base price (after incentive)

For a lot of green folks, it's not just about dollars and cents. It's also doing something about rapid climate change and ending the phony Oil and Poppy Wars that killed millions and cost trillions, and ending the dominance of Big Oil. It's also about the pleasure of driving a nearly silent...
