I tried that but then it’s not comfortable.

I had this round steering wheel for about a week now, and it's blocking my front dash. I can't even see the speedometer, etc. if I adjust the steering too high, it's no longer comfortable! I thought about going back to the yoke!

All good after I rebooted the car.

Tech did let me keep the yoke and airbag, so I can always switch back to yoke if don’t like round wheel. Will try it out for few weeks.

Turns are definitely lot easier now but I feel like front dash display, ie speed limit is being blocked now by the wheel ☹️ With yoke, turn signal buttons were easier to spot, with round wheel, I keep looking for the turn signal stalk for some reason! I guess I just need to get used to it.

They updated to 2023.20.7 after the install but still shows yoke. Strange.

I just got retrofit round steering wheel installed today. Are the images/icons supposed to be updated from yoke to round wheel? My car still shows yoke on the screen.

Since last two days, my 2021 refreshed Model S’s GPS location has been off by about 2.5 miles! When I drive, i see the car moving on the map, but it’s offset by 2.5 miles 😳 I tried rebooting the car and also driving for few miles on open road, but didn’t help. Any ideas?

I was hoping the same but didn't want to wait. I had ordered mine with heating option, but the one I received didn't heat, so I am sending it back for a replacement. It's coming from China, so it's a slow process.

Feels perfect size and feels very sporty. Mine is all leather.

Defiantly feels much batter than yoke (in my opinion). Only negative is wheel blocks the front screen a little, especially the speed. I have to tilt the wheel way up to see the speed but then it comes uncomfortable.

That’s exactly what happened. I knew I had to remove two harnesses but I only removed one on the right and completely forgot about the left one and pulled the yoke. I think I got it all back. I may have shorted something during the process as buttons didn’t light up but after few hours...

While pulling out the yoke, I messed up. Huge ribbon cable came and it’s so hard to wrap it back up as it’s covered it dialectic grease. Any ideas? I hope I didn’t screw anything up. Please help ☹️

I ordered the same wheel. Expecting delivery on 8/4. I gave yoke a chance for almost 9 months but since I am used to driving with left hand at 12 o’clock position, I decided to replace yoke. I wish Tesla offered an option for this ☹️

I had same issue with my LR, this is what SC did to fix it.

I was able to pull it off with hands easily.

I can’t find any info on how to remove the lug nuts cover for the refreshed model S with 21” wheels. Trying to install wheel locks. I thought about just pulling off the plastic cover but didn’t know if that is the correct way.

This was happening 24/7, after that latest update, it stopped! Apparently it had something to do with the heat pump.

I have I3 40% ceramic film. All windows and rear windshield. I didn’t want to go dark to avoid LE issues and since the roof is already tinted, didnt want to put additional layer. I am happy with this so far.
