My guess is a Volta charger. Probably L2. They recently announced a partnership with Stop & Shop. Typically 2 L2 chargers with ad display. Although they are typically towards to entrance of the store, not in the rear of the parking lot.

I notice that a lot for new Superchargers. As a regular plugshare member you can add L2 chargers but not superchargers. So i think new superchargers are typically added by the public as a L2 and then gets changed to L3.

Yeah, that space is listed on Loopnet ( Commercial Leasing Site) as 6000 - 12000 sq. ft. So should be enough space for service. And honestly they have plenty of parking too. Not sure this is set in stone yet as the space is still listed as available, might just not be updated though.

Just a quick update on the dining situation here. All plans for a building for retail or restaurant in the parking lot have been scrapped as of right now. But, Stewarts All American is opening soon in the foot court, so that will give you an option aside from Mexican.

Just an update, that former Volvo dealership has now become an F.W. Webb showroom.

Electrify America is installing fast chargers at Waterford Commons right now also. I would imagine it will be quite a few DCFCs.

Seems most summer 2018 locations are already under construction or permitting. Anybody ha e any idea on the Waterbury location? Is it actually going to he Meriden? Couldnt find anything on either towns websites.

Waterbury Updated, "Target opening in Summer 2018" Others still say, "Target opening in 2018", which I would imagine means after summer 2018.

It seems like an unplanned location in meriden would happen before waterbury. It seems many of the new locarions weren't listed as planned locations.

I don't think Tesla or any charging station operator leases or owns their space..... I think the property owner allows them to place chargers on the site. I really don't know how the deal works out. But I don't think the property owner really gains any money from the deal.

I know like most malls, different parts have different owners. So the actual mall is owned by Macerich but jcpenney, macys and sears are seperatly owned. Each one of those properties also owns some if tge parking. Jcpenney actually owns part of the parking garage i think. The location of these...

They released an interactive map to see current, ubder cknstruction, and future locations. Multiple listed as under construction in new england.

I don't think Tesla would consider New London to be a city. I was actually suprised with Hartford, I expected them to only show up in Boston, NYC, and other major cities.

Awesome, are those giant Tesla charging only signs? Never seen them that big. It looks like these used to be chargepoint stations that may have moved inside, kinda odd how thet would replace ev statiobs with tesla. Plugshare lists the location as 777 Main Apartments.

I think the article refers to galleries as stores also. CT has Greenwich gallery and Milford service, MA has 4 stores and 1 dedicated service center.

I think we're still a ways away from Waterbury being decided on. Trumbull and Torrington were 2017, so they should come first. The only location I could think of in Waterbury would be the mall or plaza next to the mall. Possibly Home Depot or Downtown too.
