Car can be sold on each country with certification from traffic regulation at this time Tesla registrer theirs car with some specific specs and fonction so If any things change the spec of the car like wifi,regeneration brakes,the way the computer work,games .....Tesla need new certificates...

Dear Tesla user in Japan , this weekend I couldn't use auto pilot over 90km/h (car alert say can not use , auto steer is limited) do some other user in Japan had the same problem this weekend in Japan ?

They told me for every new update who change some WiFi setup or if new option about autopilot, etc....... they need to get permission from the Japanese road régulation .to receive this permission they told me it’s take lot of time that’s why in Japan we are very late about receiving updates
