Significant improvement on auto high beams

The problem with thes cars,a nd the reason I'll likely never buy another one, it's impossible to tell if the hardware is broken or it's software. And then you get to pay as evidenced by some of the AP bricking threads. In this case I've just disabled the auto high beams and use it like a regular...

Significant improvement on auto high beams

Opposite here, for the last several months I have never seen the auto high beams come on, even on a dark road at 45MPH with no traffic, nothing. I just turned it off, assume that much like the intermittent wipers that Tesla broke back in August they broke this too. The promise of continous...

    Intermittent Wiper Failure

Another software update for us and still broken, in fact on our 2016 models this latest update seems to have killed all of the Traffice Aware Cruise capability to, now a single pull trys to do self driving and it almost immediately disconnects, there appears to be no way to emulate the old...

    Intermittent Wiper Failure

Just saw a new update pushed to our 2016 Model S for today, no mention on if this is fixed, but it was still hitting us this past week, so we're going on 3-4 months of them having this broken. This sort of thing is why I won't be buying another Tesla, they break things, they know they break it...

Sirius XM icons didn't update with Sirius channel changes

Another series of updates and no fix but damn they’re nailing the dash cam stuff

Sirius XM icons didn't update with Sirius channel changes

Also moving often use controls further away from the driver. Honestly am I the only person who adjusts seat heat more frequently than temperature and now it’s a level deeper

Sirius XM icons didn't update with Sirius channel changes

Same here, somehow my 2013 Boxster managed to handle the update gracefully including reprogramming my favorites to the correct changed values but this super advanced Tesla still isn’t right months later sigh

Got 17.42.a. XM folder list back and smoother stopping

For sure. But since we bought the car that screen has contained one folder, with one item in it. And we have an active subscription that we can tune in to.

Homelink auto close reliable for you?

On our car auto open and close worked reliably for a long time, since the update a week or so ago it works almost not at all, either manually or automatically. It works like 1 out of 5 times. This is super frustrating as my wife's currently on crutches and has to get out of the car to open the...

Got 17.42.a. XM folder list back and smoother stopping

I'll have to look for this, it's never worked in our car (AP2 delivered last December). I'd be super excited if it actually started working.

    Lane change warning beep?

Sadly the warning is just in the cluster as opposed to a bright light on the mirrors like most other cars I've driven (Ford F150, Audi, Mercedes, etc...) The dash display is exactly where I'm not looking when I'm changing lanes so it's pretty useless..

Autosteer on local Roads Videos (17.7.2)

Just tried it this morning and yeah below beta quality. I really hope it's automatically sending feedback whenever you disengage it by grabbing the wheel, hell I really hope it's sending the feedback when it's not active and it would've made a different decision than the one you make.

Autopilot for HW2 rolling out to all HW2 cars today!

Sigh, still waiting for an update to get to our car. AP2.0 hardware and nothing but the last update which had no release notes...
