    Heated Steering Wheel Use?

I love the sub-zero package. We weren't going to get it, as we didn't deem it essential, but it was included in the inventory car that we picked up in December. Its usefulness is obviously tied to how much utility one gets out of its features. Living in Minnesota, one would think it's a...

Autopilot for HW2 rolling out to all HW2 cars today!

I've been doing about 10 miles everyday of stop & go traffic with AP2 activated. TACC has been reliable, Autosteer just so so, but today it decided to go wild!! After about 5 miles of the usual, AS started to pull a hard right, and sometimes a left; like a teenager on a joy ride; more...

    Can scratched wheels be fixed?

Thanks Kevin, great info! Sometimes DIY YouTube videos make things look a lot easier or with better results than reality . What do you think of wheel guards such as AlloyGators? Having some color in the wheels can be kinda cool, but does it protect and is it worth the expense...

    I'm in! CPO P85D Reserved...

Congrats! Not easy to find a CPO with as many desired features. We ended going with an inventory MS which did have Premium Interior & Subzero. Frankly, aside from the power liftgate, we probably wouldn't miss the special LED & ambient lighting & the Hepa filter (unless God forbid we find...

Leaking door seals, 2016 Model S

So is this window leak something the SC can fix? I haven't brought it to their attention yet, since we just took delivery late December. Waiting for more issues to come up before doing that, but really hoping for no more!

HW2: It's been a week. How many miles do you have on autosteer?

Like many have expressed already, I've never been happier to be stuck in traffic for the sake of this data-collecting experiment. I suspect once the autosteer limit is next raised to 55mph (hopefully soon?!), there should be much more reliable data to contribute under safer conditions to engage...

    Lets see your garage!

Getting major garage envy here! As a new tesla owner, didn't realize garage upgrade would become part of the experience, or more appropriately, adventure. *Sigh* Will happily add it to the list & hope some day soon will be able to post worthy pics here. :D

Older seats vs Next Gen seats

I prefer the Next Gen seats, on my 2016 MS--they seem to be made more tightly & more solidly; definitely more body-hugging, almost a cocooning effect for those who like that. Just did a 2,000-mile trip in 3 days over the holidays and felt quite comfortable throughout the trip.

Leaking door seals, 2016 Model S

Would going to a touchless car wash replicate similar conditions, rather than wait for another deluge? That's how I found out my new MS has a tiny leak in the front-seat windows, near the small triangular glass.
