Got a Blackvue 900 dual channel partly for this reason. Not to mention that the video quality and field of view is far superior to Tesla's implementation. Having said that, I now use both just in case.

Sure. My front windows are tinted with 35% tint and the first picture show you how it compares to a buddy's Model X with no front tine at all. Due to the white interior the tint look pretty blue IMO. I had Photosync 35% on my Model S and now have Prime XR Plus 35% on my Model X and they look and feel very similar. IMO they both have a blueish look to them which doesn't bother me but if you're after a really black look I would try to see them in person before pulling the trigger.

There are definitely cars that dealers can see that are not visible on ev-cpo. That's how I found my XP100D that I hope to pick up in a week or so. Unfortunately that'll probably be the case, I've so had two P100D leases (X and S) that were denied as the lease payments were too low.

True but that was before their big price adjustment. At 56% residual the value at the end of a 24 month lease would be $85.4k, I don't think the car is worth that now that the prices are lower. Let me know what you hear, my order hasn't been cancelled yet as I'm looking at options.

I did the same ($42k discount). Got word back tonight from my sales associate that the finance team said the car wasn't eligible for leasing as the monthly cost was too low. Ordered a MS P100D at the same time with a discount of $38k and the message was the same, also not eligible. Really bummed...

Got the new maps Friday on my X in Utah. Before that I got the 2018.12 update two weeks ago. I got 2018.12 on the S four weeks ago and have yet to get the new maps on that car.

I have 22"s and don't think the ride is too firm at all but the roads around here are pretty good. I've taken it to the SC twice for squeaking noises when hitting bumps but since that was taken care of I have no complaints.

Definitely seems like it was a common issue. Like the X so much better in every way.

Was on 17.17.17 and got the 17.26.76 notification last night but didn't do the install until I got to work this morning so haven't tried it yet. Seems like this is rolling out widely as my car in the past have gotten updates later than most.
