Where do we see this date for filing in TT? I only see the a message that the forms are not finalized and once they are, I will be able to file.

Do we know if the IRS is refunding the tax credit when filed through H&R Block? I agree it frustrating to see the date move constantly, with no guarantee that it will not drag until mid-April.
