Answering my own question - I contacted Hansshow on WhatsApp and they said the V1 harness will work with the new firmware, so it's not necessary to change it out.

Hah, well, to be fair, she just doesn't want the air blowing on her, it's fine if it's blowing on the other side of the car. Most (dare I say All other) cars allow you to close the individual air vents, only the model 3 and Y don't support this.

Please don't use this device. Tesla's don't have a welded frame rail. There are specific 4 jack points with rubber pads mounted to the bottom of the car. Only lift the car from these locations.

The Model S "Raven" Performance version is faster than the P100D. Kudos to Porsche for getting competitive (though, I'd never take the Taycan on a cross country road trip.) The Plaid S and Roadster will likely push the bar even farther.
